There was no fajitas, no steak, the guac looked weird and when I ate it, it was straight up spoiled. ruined my entire bowl.. smh very disappointed!

Not only was the order incomplete, but I also found a strange object in my food that actually got stuck in my throat, which was honestly alarming. On top of that, the guacamole was black and clearly not fresh. I tried calling the location to report the issue, but I couldn’t even get through to voicemail—there was no option to speak to anyone or even leave a message. Because of that, I had to go back to the restaurant in person to request a refund. Unfortunately, that experience made things worse. The employee who helped me had a bad attitude and was dismissive of my concerns. She told me that the guacamole “always gets black,” and brushed off the missing steak by saying it was just a mistake and that it happens. There was no real apology or effort to address the seriousness of finding a foreign object in my food. Overall, this was not just poor service, but a concerning experience in terms of food quality and safety. I won’t be returning.

There is a single worker making food while the rest sit on their phones and twiddling their thumbs. I could have driven to another location and finished my food in the time I waited at this restaurant. Please done waste your time here.
