Their behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful toward customers. To make matters worse, one of the staff members even made obscene gestures — showing the middle finger — which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional in any customer service setting. This kind of conduct not only damages the Domino’s brand but also shows a complete lack of basic courtesy and customer respect. I request that serious action be taken against the staff involved and that proper training or disciplinary measures be implemented immediately. I placed a dine-in order, yet the staff refused to let me sit inside and told me to wait outside instead — completely unprofessional and humiliating.
