  I just had one of the best bean burritos I've had at Taco Bell. Keep up the good work! The workers were very friendly, too.

  Every time you go through the drive-thru you're asked if you want to round up. The problem I have with this is that it is not required for the person asking to know why they're asking you if you would like to round up. The person over the intercom asks if you would like to round up for donations. What am I donating to? If you're going to ask me for money know why you're asking me for money. If I am asked if I would like to round up for donations, my answer will always be no. And the fact that she has not been corrected for doing this after such a long time is astounding. Would you like to round up for donations? Do better. I'm sure the charity that you're soliciting money for would appreciate you knowing what you're soliciting money for.

  Food was good but it took way too long to get our order. I do not think waiting 15-20minutes for "fast food" is acceptable

  I was waiting at the desk for nine minutes exactly, all I wanted was a water cup before I had just went on a long run, the man that was making the food told me a few times that he’d be with me in a few seconds those few seconds never came. I’ve been here a few times they usually get my order wrong. No need to say names but, come on. If I wanted to wait nine minutes for a Water I would’ve drove to the nearest lake and drink straight from the water. Probably better filtered water anyway

  Call the number to this location.. it’s a Brandon, FL number. The franchisee owner is using a non-working number. The employees claim the phones in the location don’t ring. Attempting to reach the location is a failed pursuit every time. Quality of service starts from the top. Taco Bell is no longer a business that can be relied upon… from their evening/night employee customer service to the portions and food quality in the items purchased.
