  So last night I went thru the Drive Thru and picked up a Giant Big John and potato salad. Well something gave me food poisoning. Also to pay $14.49 for a Giant is not worth it. Now I did accidentally ask for EZ tomato and lettuce, My mistake I wanted extra tomatoes and lettuce. But the price for their food is not worth it. I won’t be back.

  Friday night about 6:15 pm on my way home from work . I stopped off at this nasty establishment to get a couple sandwiches for my wife and I. About 7 pm I sat down to eat unrated my sandwich and low and behold a long black hair in my food. . I called they said they would make me a new sandwich, but honestly hell no,if your that nasty I don't want you touching my food. I'll never go to that restaurant again. Shut them down . They are a hazard.

  I had a great experience at this Jimmy John’s location. The staff was professional, polite, and handled everything with genuine care. Even when another customer’s order was mixed up, they apologized immediately and offered a small treat to make things right — really impressive customer service. The atmosphere is also great, with positive posters throughout the restaurant that add a surprisingly uplifting touch.

  I love the franchise but I've gone to this particular location for years. Not often but often enough. Everything is clean, stocked and appealing for such a small space. I ordered delivery and they forgot one of the sandwiches. I called and assured them I wasn't upset and to take their time getting back if they where busy. Not only did they apologize a million times. They returned in 6 minutes flat with the replacement, and a box of extra snacks and sandwiches. The driver told me only herself another person where working. I was so impressed with their service, I offered her a hundred dollar too to split with the other employee and she refused! If I could complain about anything, I wish they would have accepted it because I truly think they both earned it.

  Bread sucks the meat wasn't that good. Tomatoes tasted old Harley, any kind of garnishments.\nWill stay with jersey , mikes or firehouse subs
