  We’ve been to this location a few times. After the few times we’ve been we won’t use this location again. It smells like they mop the floors with toilet water, the tables are always filthy and the staff seems stressed due to understaffing or people calling out. Drink dispensers are sticky, wet and germy. We haven’t been in the restrooms, because the dining room is nasty enough as it is. Either the staffing is limited or there’s just not enough hands on deck here to clean and manage the business properly. Despite the condition, staffing is not mean or rude and kind.

  But man u get crappy food at taco bell now. 2 -3 years ago Was diff. This place i give a 1 star cuz skimp x1000 for $7 i got a tortilla with lil bit if chicken and cheese for a quesadilla.

  Placed an order using their app, but when I received it, the items were either incorrect or missing! I spent $30 on food, most of which is inedible. No effort to correct the errors, No refund offered, Just a five dollar rebate on my next order!?! Why would I ever order from there again if they didn’t get anything right the first time? This is not the first time I have ordered from Taco Bell, but is the first time it came from this location. Absolutely the worst experience ever and a total waste of $30. Shame on you, Taco Bell!

  Very disappointed with my experience. I came through with my friends recently and ordered 3 quesadillas. The lady at the speaker only put two on the order. We where than told we would need to either go around again or go inside as they don’t add food at the window. I work in fast food and I have never heard of this we even add food after people have paid and moved to the second window. As the customer it is not our fault the order was taken incorrectly. My suggestion would be to repeat orders at the speaker and also cash out as soon as the car pulls up to the window since we had to wait 5-7 minutes to pay and then mention the order was wrong. Also both end pieces of one of the quesadillas were basically empty with less than a bite with cheese and no chicken on them.

  Came through drive-through and ordered a chicken Cantina bowl with no rice no pico extra chicken. Just to realize that the chicken Cantina bowl was basically half empty missing a lot of the ingredients besides what I asked for it to be taken out. When I pull up through drive-through, it’s like the drive-through person acts completely dumbfounded by what I’m telling her and decides to remake the meal instead of taking the bowl back and then taking about 10 minutes just to have me pull around to park and as soon as I park that is when they bring out my bag I literally wasted about 30 minutes over a very small issue. They act like they don’t care about their job and it was a horrible experience when I tried to tell the other employee he didn’t want to hear anything I had to say and ran back inside. No apologies for their inconvenience or anything.
