I was told it couldn’t be done, agreed to light ice, and still received a cup that was over an inch short and filled with ice. When I spoke to the supervisor, they refused to fill the cup and said that’s all they would give me. My son is autistic with OCD and would not accept the drink unless it was full. As a result, he cried the entire drive home. I come here 3–5 times a week, but after this lack of empathy and customer service, they’ve lost my business.
