  We come to Captain Jack’s often, and Tim is always our favorite part of the experience. My aunt and I dine here regularly, and he consistently takes such wonderful care of us. He remembers us every time, which makes us feel so welcome and appreciated. Tim is attentive, kind, and genuinely a delight. His positive attitude and thoughtful service never go unnoticed. It’s rare to find someone who brings both professionalism and personality to the table so effortlessly. Thank you, Tim, for always making our visits special. We truly look forward to seeing you each time we come in! Love Two Forever Customers!

  What a great place!!! I’m new to the area and wanted some great quality seafood and my neighbors said “oh you need to go to Capt Jack’s. We’ve been going for 10 years every week”! Wow!!! That told me consistency in food, price and fabulous service was most definitely present at this place. I went once in Jan with family and my server was Tim. Who was absolutely fantastic!!! I went again just the other day and was fortunate enough to have Mr Tim again as my server. What a great guy. That’s 2 for 2 and I look forward to sharing this place with my women’s group for us to have our monthly luncheon. Thank you Tim and Captain Jacks for such a wonderful experience. My new go to place.

  It's only gotten better with our experiences at Captain Jacks. Been a lot of places but what keep us going back is great place to sit by water, eat very good food, always ask for Tim O for our server he is always the best. Had the pleasure of dealing with one of the managers, Andrew, and see why everything runs so well. You can not go wrong on any selection on the menu and ask for Tim O, which all will make for a delightful experience

  Last night we took visiting relatives to Capt Jacks. Many many compliments to Meagan (our waitress). She went well above and beyond expectations for excellant service. This young lady should be recognized by management for "REDEFINING" Excellant service. The food was great, but Meagan made the evening a Joy!

  The atmosphere makes up for the overall experience at this place! The view from the waterfront seating is great. The server was slow and smelled like an ashtray when she walked up to the table. The drinks were slow to come out, the quality of the food, from presentation to taste, were mediocre, and not what we ordered. The calamari was sparse and greasy, the chicken nachos are mostly chips, very little meat and other fixings, and the burger was a poor quality frozen cooked patty that would have been hard pressed to be 8 oz. of meat pre-cooked weight! The blackened grouper fingers were grilled, not blackened, as ordered, and we asked for a side of remoulade sauce at ordering, and requested it again when the food was brought to the table and it took a 3rd request, when we were basically done with the fish, to finally get the sauce with an apology for forgetting. Poor service and low quality for a waterfront restaurant with higher end prices that wasn't terribly busy.
