  At around 11:30 PM, I went through the Wendy’s drive-thru. After being told, “Order when you’re ready,” I placed a simple order: a 10-piece spicy nugget meal, large, with an orange Fanta. Shockingly, the employee responded with an expletive. When I asked if they had really said that, they rudely claimed it wasn’t directed at me. Regardless, this was unprofessional and made the entire experience uncomfortable. To management: I hope you will address customer service standards. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

  Management here needs to lock in. Drive thru lady had a terrible attitude when I wanted to add a drink to my order. Then I asked and paid for a medium fry and I got a small fry. I asked for and paid for additional sauces and didn’t get any. Maybe if she had a better attitude she would remember the order correctly idk.

  We ordered 3 mobile orders for the drive thru and the person at the window immediately told us to go to the front of the door to wait for our food or come inside and pick it up. We placed a drive thru order why would we come inside for that id place carry out so we went to front of the door and waited for 15 minutes and didn’t hear anything until we went back around in the drive thru and all of a sudden our orders were ready but we still had to wait at the door where we just were and she didn’t have the bags. this place sucks more and more each time and our food was cold

  Called to complain about something, manager answered was unapologetic about making my wife wait for items that were not placed in the bag and another item she pulled around the DT since no one was on line they said they forgot meanwhile she is sitting there for 30 mins. Who ever is MOD right now needs to be trained and has no professional etiquette.

  Horrible service through the drive thru- after waiting to get to someone the lady treated us poorly apparently she told us to wait but she never did and when she came back she said “ I told you to wait but since you are rushing me go ahead “ is this really customer service ? This place should close
