  My order of 3 things washing missing one item I paid for. Tried calling and it said the number wasn’t accepting calls. I really go to places like this for this reason. Doubtful the issue will get resolved… the worst part is when I asked for silverware the woman seemed annoyed.

  The no guns allowed sign has NO force of law. Ignore accordingly but overall not bad better than other locations I've tried

  Best experience I’ve had at a drive through. Workers help make the place thrive. The AI assistant was funky but the employees were great.

  This was my first ever time at a Wendy's, I went through the drive-thru around 11:30 PM and had a very disappointing experience. The car in front of us actually canceled their order and drove away before getting their food, and after our interaction, it was easy to see why. The employee at the window was extremely rude, gave us uncomfortable looks every time we spoke, and even complained out loud saying “people can’t cook at home” while the window was open. We also didn’t receive an item we paid for and had to ask for it, which was met with more attitude instead of a simple correction. It made the entire interaction feel very unwelcoming. Usually I would not complain about treatment like this, I know long and late shifts can be extremely draining but the disrespect she displayed was so extensive that it was clear she was going out of her way to behave this way. We were polite the entire time, so this level of disrespect was unnecessary. When staff openly display immaturity and carelessness like this, it clearly drives away paying customers and reflects poorly on the business.

  Close this location down! The team is absolutely awful. I went through the drive thru to order food and wasn’t provided a receipt, was rushed away and made to wait to my food and when it was brought out the manager with the dreads FORCED me to take a chili I didn’t order. They were absolutely rude and told me I wouldn’t be getting a substitute even though I never ordered chili to begin with. I asked for the fries I had originally ordered and they told me they wouldn’t be helping me and were extremely rude. At one point the manager printed me a fake receipt to “prove” I was wrong about what I had ordered to get me to go away. Don’t waste your time at this Wendy’s
