- HHHannah5 days ago1.0This is the rudest group of individuals working in an establishment I have ever met. I understand that working in fast food is not the best job, but being extremely rude when just trying to order a frosty is absurd. Like girls I came for icecream not to receive attitude while standing behind the freaking Wendy’s counter.

The manager made direct eye contact with my family and me, then chose to walk to the back instead of helping us. She could have at least acknowledged us with a simple “welcome” and let us know she would be right with us instead of completely ignoring us. We ended up leaving without ordering and will be taking our business elsewhere.
