- TTTApr 2, 20261.0My wife and I went here after we left the gym to get a bite to eat and the lady that took our order took it wrong then another woman walked up to us and dropped our food on our table. We were served two wraps but ordered one wrap and a salad. The wrap wasn’t even cut all the way through and the cashier tried to charge me for the salad again she then walked up and took one of the wraps out of the bag which she took the wrong one because my wife ordered a wrap with feta cheese and she snatched that one out of the bag which I paid extra for. Very bad experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It tastes Really bad like they don't wash the blenders after they use it because you can taste the other smoothies and then when you get your smoothie, it just taste like a mix of the other smoothies that were in there. I was drinking a smoothie and it tasted almost rotten I even asked them to remake it to see maybe if it would change the flavor, but it tasted even worse. I even put sugar in it to see if that was missing and it still tasted so bad. I have never had a bad experience in tropical café smoothie but this location specifically is bad. I was so disappointed in this place I would never come back. if you plan to stop here, just run and go to Starbucks that's next-door
