  Put bacon in my non bacon chalupa. I have gotten my order with steak in the past so I know what my chalupa was supposed to look like. I didn’t throw a fit, yet I could hear the workers in the back claiming “there wasn’t no bacon in that” and laughing shaking their head in front of me like I was the stupid one. Mind you when I ordered, the line and store was EMPTY, so there was no excuse to get my order wrong. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but to try and gaslight me about an order despite me showing literal bacon bits in my hand is beyond disrespectful.They were trying to claim it’s “beans” (not even part of the recipe nor did I ask for beans). This is the type of taco bell you can’t leave before checking inside your bag. In the past my vegetarian friends have also received meat in their potato tacos, so I know it’s just pure neglect. I would’ve been chill if they took accountability, but clearly they’re just playing around in that kitchen. Learn how to do your job.

  if i could give this taco bell a 0/5 stars, i most certainly WOULD. i ordered a chalupa and subbed the bacon out for steak, due to religious reasons. they still made my food with bacon and gave it to me. i left the drive thru and took a bit and completely just bit right into bacon pieces. i went back to the store and told them about the situation and showed them my food. i have video evidence of one of the employees taking the food to the back and saying “oh wow that’s a lot of bacon” and the other white male employee kept trying to gaslight me and kept saying that it wasn’t bacon and that it was beans, etc etc. all of this with an attitude in his voice. i accepted defeat and mentioned how i still didn’t get the steak which i subbed the bacon out for and he tried to continue his gaslighting and tell me that i didn’t order steak. he even was like “i’ll pull up the order receipt” and when he did.. he saw that i did indeed sub out the bacon for steak like i have been repeating. he was completely unprofessional and rude. anyways the first guy remade my food, just for me to leave the store and have to turn right around and go back because they DID THE EXACT SAME THING AGAIN. the bacon bits literally have the bacon strips on them. will NOT be returning.

  They redesigned this location and it looks nice but the service is TERRIBLE very,very rude staff and there burgers are just thrown together with no concerns from staff on how the look..the 2 times I've been here my burgers looked smashed..won't be going back to this location thats for sure..

  Employee in drive-through cashier Eugenya was very rude no greeting whatsoever . I did curse but not at nor towards him It was said in a joking 🙃 manner never disrespected him or called him out of his name . Got to the window not one time did he say hello how are u also before hand when I was at the speaker placing my order his tone was rushing me to order because I also didn’t know what I wanted most of the time they don’t rush u they tell u to take ur time so just to throw that in there . Food was good service suck sorry hard no for me !
