  To the kind woman at the drive thru (approx 1p today) who stopped what she was doing (I was incessantly coughing) to ensure I was ok and to offer water and before the end of the order to to inquire again. I’m not ok and wholeheartedly appreciate what a lovely heart you have. -Jayne

  Stood at the counter for 5 mins, was about to leave when someone said be right with you 2 mins later someone took my order. They had to have been short handed. I'll not wait that long again

  the way equipment is setup on end of the front counter employees can't see anyone trying to pick up mobile orders. I had to lean over the counter and wave down the lady in the drive thru. She did come over and hand me my order but quite rude I spoke to her twice and not a single word in return. Management should work on standards being followed. I wont be back. Definitely do not recommend

  Absolutely horrible service need to hire better people they don’t care lost 3 customers in the time of me waiting inside…management is horrible
