- RRRdMar 14, 20265.0came in at 3am this morning when it was crazy busy and the staff was GREAT! no complaining, no whining, no messing up orders. Customers were yelling and complaining about food and wait times and all employees kept their composure and kept working diligently. There are 2 employees that stood out the most two me and i’m not sure of they’re names but it was a guy working the grill and also helping customers in drive thru/front counter. And they’re was a girl(not sure of her name either) helping people in both the lobby and drive thru. Both of them were GREAT and VERY HELPFUL. Helped keep the peace in a chaotic situation and I HAD to leave them a review for their nice efforts as soon as I left the store. The whole staff was great tonight/early morning but those two stood out the most!! thank you so much for great customer service Taco Bell. Please recognize those employees as best as you can. They deserve all the praise and recognition. True employees.
