- MIMarquis Darnell Jr III3 days ago1.0I arrived at 4:11PM and there was one person in line. The other customer asked William (the employee in the photo) “Can you make my order now I’ve been standing here for awhile” William responded “It will be a wait” Eventually he got to that customers sub. At 4:40 I still have not even ordered with nobody else in the store and I asked if I could order. William responded “There is a wait” Customers came in and left without ordering due to the wait. It was not until 4:59 until he took my order. I finally got my food at 5:05 and left. It will be faster for you to drive to the next closest subway order, eat, and drive back. DONT GO HERE!!!

- RRRohith ReddyMar 15, 20261.0I placed a pickup order at Subway while I was about 15 minutes away. When I arrived, I couldn’t find my order. The employee told me someone else had taken it by mistake and even tried to get the sandwich back from that person, asking me to take it. I refused and asked for a fresh one. She then had to call the manager and they discussed it for quite a while while I was waiting. I don’t understand why the manager couldn’t just quickly confirm the remake. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes in the store for a simple 6-inch sandwich, making my total wait time more than 30 minutes. I understand mistakes can happen, but when they do, the order should be remade quickly so customers can understand and wait a little longer. The girls working there were clearly working hard, and I think they should at least have the authority to remake an order in situations like this without waiting for manager approval.
