    I came in yesterday with my wife and had a really disappointing experience. She had already placed her order, and when I went to order mine, the employee seemed annoyed that I wanted to order too. There were no other customers, so it wasn’t busy at all. I actually had to call his name three times just to get his attention because he was so focused on watching something on his phone. Even after that, he had an attitude and made it feel like I was bothering him just by being there. After finishing my order, he went right back to his phone. There was no reason for that kind of behavior. If you’re working in customer service, you should treat people with basic respect and professionalism.

    I arrived at subway and the first thing I see from the parking lot looking in is the worker sitting at one of the tables, he sees my car and stand up to go behind the counter shaking his head as if he’s surprised/upset that there are customers coming in. He served the food with so much attitude, was just throwing everything on the sandwich. And I kid you not he put two slices of tomatoes and two of cucumbers… overall just bad service, he didn’t even know how to work the machine to pay and we had to sit there for a solid 3-4 mins while he figured it out. If you don’t like working and aren’t willing to at least fake nice then don’t work in customer service or any job that involves interacting with customers at all!

    Worse subway ever I placed a order online for delivery it connected me with door dash the order said it was delivered but it never was ! I called the restraint multiple times Rhee was no option to contact DoorDash they said it was with subway nobody ever answered contacted support online and same toning just hung up in never ordering here again it was my first and last time this place sucks and whoever the hell owns it really needs to look into these employees all they did was take my money and never gave me my food !

    This place sucks. Several times now I’ve ordered online and they’re pathetically stingy, particularly speaking of the PAID of extras. Literal hockey pucks of cookies that could chip a tooth. I haven’t complained and kept coming back to my LOCAL subway in hopes it would get better if I got a different employee that day. Nope, they just all suck. Done wasting money. Won’t be back. If you’re going to have terrible quality food AND staff, please just shut down.

    By far the best SubWay ive ever been too. All thanks to Maria!! She is amazing not only was her service great but she is just an all around great personality. She was extremely caring about us and made sure we were satisfied. I noticed how amazing her cleanliness skills are right after taking care of all the customers she made sure to fully sanitized her whole work station and surrounding areas. Subway is lucky to have this Gem! Thank you Maria
