- SBSalvador B.Mar 12, 20262.0I stopped by this location because I saw an online deal for a $6.99 footlong sandwich. When I asked about it, I was told it might only be available through the app. I tried to check the app but I did not have it installed on my phone yet. While I was looking, I asked another simple question about the price of a footlong meatball sandwich. The employee responded by smacking her lips in an annoyed way, which made me feel like my questions were a problem. Because of that attitude and the lack of customer service, I decided to take my business somewhere else.
- KKKJan 15, 20261.0I’m so annoyed. Why is it every single time I try to order delivery from you guys, you manage to mess it up. I ordered a veggie patty combo. Not veggie delite. It costs more for the veggie patty too. I do not want a sandwich full of lettuce, I don’t enjoy it. If you DONT have veggie patties, REFUND. OR TAKE IT OFF AS AN OPTION AND STOP STEALING PEOPLES MONEY.

I got two veggie sandwiches and before cutting the she said "let me grab a clean knife". That was extremely thoughtful and meant a lot to me!
