  I sat in a bay (#7) for over 20min and then an extra 10min in the drive thru and no one took my order. Absolutely unacceptable.

  Truly terrible experience. I placed a mobile order so you would think there would be zero accuracy issues, but half the food was missing and the other half had the wrong customizations. At least the drink was right. And the order was very slow coming out. Will not dine again.

  I had order 3 fish sandwich after waiting 20 min they finally told me that there is only fish left - and when I got my order and went home to eat it - it was greasy- grease coming through the bag - fish was soggy- and I only live 5 min away

  A few issues but... im totally giving a 5 star... we ordered online, got a mix up and the gentleman made it right. Thank you so much, march 29th @ 4pm. The guy with the longer poofy hair. Absolutely amazing for taking care of us and correcting our order. More restaurants need people like you in management. Thank you so much!!!

  The wait times here are outrageously long. We are talking 30 min for one single meal. They are making people drive up to the window to order it instead of taking the order at the other area. Not because it's doesn't work or anything, they come on the speaker and tell you to drive up to order. That makes it even slower because people have to wait till they get up there to even order. Needs more staff, new management. Do not recommend unless you have no other option. You could go through the Chick-fil-A next door three times in the same amount of time.
