  For starters, we were received with a huge and warm smile by Niyah, and since it was our first time, she explained the menu and the different deals we could get if we downloaded the app. We ordered the truffle burger and the double bacon stack burgers and they were both huge and delicious!we also order their tator tots, which were perfectly soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. My husband ordered an Oreo shake as well, and he tells me it was really good as well. It was a great deal for 2, awesome customer service, fresh and delicious food, and a very clean and cute restaurant, we will definitely be back to accumulate and redeem more points! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Nya and Isabella were amazing at greeting and caring for us 4/4/26. The whole kitchen team is amazing and attentive as well! Great team!!

  First timers and it won’t be the last!! BTW the scorching Mac and cheese burger is amazing. As the younger generation say “busin” and not to mention they have gluten free options for my daughter!!

  Ok so with this review I will preference that the food was great but the reason I gave it the 2 Stars was the service me and my wife were given at this establishment. The lady who took our order was rude and the way she acted toward me and my wife made us feel really uncomfortable. She was friendly with some other customers but when it came to us she was very cold. To start when we walked up to order there wasn't any welcome in or how are you it was just a stare and what you want. Then when we finished our order we said it would be dine in and would have thought I murdered someone with how she acted towards us. I even looked at my watch thinking maybe it close to closing and it was only 7 o'clock and they closed at 9. She reluctantly gave us our number with the biggest sigh and just didn't want anything to do with us. When she brought our food to our table she pretty much just threw in on the table and when I said thank you she just muttered something and walked away. What was weird was some other customers came in and she was smiling towards them and laughing so idk what we did except show up in her presence. When we left she had said bye to other customers and thanked them but for us nothing and even we said thank you to her and she just gave us this disgusted face. The receipt for the clerk said Alfredo but I don't think that was her name. This really sucks because we thought the food was good but man we felt pretty profiled in their and uncomfortable. Probably won't return because of this.

  My first time at any Smashburger … Overpriced for the quality of food. I paid two dollars extra to have bacon, I did Pick Up, and when I got home, no bacon on the burger! I probably wouldn’t have minded, but the actual burger meat tasted absolutely awful. Low quality, unseasoned, smelled like canned dog food. Took two bites and then threw the rest out. However, I will say that the sweet potato waffle fries were fairly tasty. The staff were super friendly when I picked up the food, and that was probably the best part of the experience. At a glance, when looking around, the dining area was not really all that clean. Wouldn’t recommend eating inside.
