After reviewing the menu, I was highly skeptical how a food truck could fit this much variety into itself. I am not quite sure how they do it (extra refrigeration inside of southern brewing maybe?) but they sure exceeded expectations with fresh, flavorful combinations. I appreciated the availability of mushrooms as a protein substitute. The oyster taco was texturally satisfying, packed with both flavor and filling. The birria tacos were next level, especially dunked in my extra queso. Both salsa verde and hot sauce were a treat. My friend group agreed the hot sauce was unlike ones we have tried before. It was reasonably priced for the portion sizes, as I was full after two tacos. Wait times weren’t bad for our group of 6 to all receive our individual orders. I will have to come back to try more next time!
