The employee used the "tip" of the spoon to serve rice — not even a full spoonful — and took one scoop of meat and split it between all three tacos. At one point, she even removed meat from one taco to balance it onto another. When I asked if that was the proper serving size, I was told it’s the same portion you would receive in a bowl. That makes no sense. If that’s true, then bowls are only getting a few teaspoons of rice and half a scoop of meat — which clearly isn’t the case based on what I saw being served to other customers. For the price being charged, the portions should reflect the cost. Instead, it felt like the tacos were padded with lettuce and sour cream to make them appear fuller than they were. This experience did not feel like fair value or consistent service.
