  Javenz been to one since before covid. A lot has changed and not for the better. Nowadays you have to basically beg for barbecue sauce. Gpt a 1/4 chicken meal and the chicken seemed more like something that was 3d printed by AI than a real chicken.

  Theses people must not know how to read , the amount of times the workers get people’s order wrong , it should be crime because technically this not what I paid for!

  First time here because a co worker of mines loves this place so I decided to give it a try for the family. Now I know to look at my order before leaving. I order a meal for myself a 1/2 Fire grilled chicken, got a chicken kids meal and a bowl with yellow rice veggies with the pollo sauce. The chicken was dry for both the meals. The beans seem like they was just thrown in the bowl but it was more juice then actual beans. The only thing that was slightly right was the bowl. The side sauce was just thrown on the bag. I am not sure about other locations but I would recommend the one on Fowler Ave.

  Im still sited at the pollo tropical. I ordered a large churrasco all the way. And the cashier charge me the regular size. I offer to pay the difference. And she said is Ok. Also asked for a beans on the side and she hesitated a little bit. However when my order came . The rice was hard to eat. Those hard and almost burnt. I didn’t complain. The guy next to me me also complained about the chicken soup. And he show me. NO EVEN 1 Little bit of chicken. I have being a costumer for more than 20 since I used to live in Miami. But this location in particular is the WORSE Pollo Tropical I ever been. Congratulations to Pollo Tropical. You lost one more client. Hope to see those doors down in soon

  The food I have gotten here has continued to be great. The chicken is always cooked well, the portions are good, the rice isnt burnt and everything so far has been correct with my orders. The only concerns I have with this location is that the staff that day I went in seemed very exhausted. Im sure with how expensive things are, how hard it is to find work and how every place cuts hours or increases hours on whim cant be easy in the fast food world. I just wanted ro mention that at this location, your customers can tell and perhaps that speaks to management or corporate? They are clearly doing a good job, the food is still great. I just worry about your staff and overall performance at this location from what I saw.
