  Best Pollo Tropical in all of Tampa Bay Area! The food is great, the chicken tastes best here, all the employees and managers are very attentive. It’s very refreshing when you get great service like this. 100% recommend!

  The chicken is amazing!!! But the service was out of this world. Giovanni went above and beyond anything I get at other restaurants. He is professional, calm, and spot on with his recommendations. This kid has a great future ahead of him. Pollo, keep up the good work. 🙏

  Came with my daughter tonight, I had a bad experience here last time, food was overcooked and dry, my order was missing plantains and my yuca bites. But my daughter loves this place so we decided to give it another go and we are glad we did! I expressed my past experience with the manager on shift, I believe his name was Blake. He apologized for my last experience and explained how they cook the chicken and that the cook might’ve just forgot to waste the old product. He gave my daughter a flan on the house as an apology. That small flan meant a lot! He really went the extra mile, which the exact reason we went to pollo tropical when we lived in Miami! Thank you Blake!

  Ordered delivery which was 17$ with tip and 2 meals were missing and no phone number to call so I had to drive 14 minutes each way and wait for them to make the meals and then drive back 14 minutes. The whole time I was waiting the girl kept insinuating the I was stealing the food and not once did I get an apology! I’ll never go back

I want to thank Francis and her team for the amazing service we received. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was delicious, everything came out quickly, and the service was outstanding. They also communicated very well with us throughout the entire experience. Definitely a wonderful visit
