I did not eat the bowl as it lacks considerable flavor without the sauce. I just put it in the fridge and ate the side (plantains, delicious). Today for lunch I ordered a side and a BUNCH of sauces. Still, no sauces. It was basically the only thing I ordered. I also did not receive the drink I ordered. The sauce is not marked as out of stock and the restaurant did not contact me that they were out. I like the food but the tropical bowls plain without sauce, and it's not like they put some other sauce in there to replace it. Stuck with dry, boring food.

First, the chicken was tasteless, the rice had hard grains, the cheesy plantain bites were not sweet like its supposed. The staff is very nice, that's something you shoud be proud of. On the atmosphere, maybe I was a bit unfair, there is nothing you can do if customers feel the need to force everybody into hearing whatever crap they are hearing on their speakerphones... use headphones!
