  I arrived at the Pizza Hut location on March 14, 2026. I had ordered two pick up pizzas from an online order that was ordered 30 minutes earlier by my son. I arrived. The lady behind the counter told me to insert my credit card. I explained to her that my son I already paid for the pizza for this credit card. She had told me in a rude tone that if I would stop looking at her and look at the screen, I would know what she’s talking about display how much the tip that I did not want to leave, I felt the tip should be earned and thought, as if she was trying to compel me to leave a tip. I push no tip . she really told me that the pizzas were not ready to get a line behind at least six customers. I noticed that there was two pizzas in the holding box and that those of those are mine. She said I already told you to they’re not ready. 10 minutes later she hand me those very same pizza I message to customer service and a few days later was told a local representative with contact me after seven days. No contact reached out again. They did not respond at this point the lady behind the counter said in too customers in line if she had to deal with people like me tonight, she was gonna have a bad night during the whole transaction. I was very calm and polite.

  Absolutely disgusting. The pizza tasted like rancid oil like they don’t clean the pans. I ordered at 9 o’clock on March 29 it was a DoorDash order for Lily

  Ordered online and came several minutes after that time to a store empty of customers. Was made to wait several minutes for my food. Employee tried to pressure me to tip after this, oddly enough, even though I already ordered and paid online. I didn’t get any utensils. Food was great though, but poorly cut so I had to do it on my own.

  Very bad services .no good .don't pay attention to the orders . No good people working rigth here.very bad mood to customers.
