  These employees have attitudes. Just walked in to order and got rudely barked at. Be nicer to your customers. You have no idea what someone’s going through..

  Multiple orders, same result: dry pizza—closer to cheese bread than a standard pizza, whether regular or extra sauce is selected. We’ve raised this, called ahead, and requested a noticeably saucy pizza. Each time, we’re told the store follows a fixed portion, and the result doesn’t change. There’s little to no visible difference between regular and extra sauce on the finished product. At this point, it doesn’t seem like this location is willing or able to deliver a properly sauced pizza. We’ll be going elsewhere.

  The girl at the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE! She was snappy and very unfriendly. She was loud and was more invested in her own side conversation with her coworkers than providing customer service. When she did speak to me it was in a very condescending tone and rude. She is 100% not an asset to your company...and looking at the other Google reviews, many feel the same way. Sad. This location used to be the best. If they allow people like that to treat their customers that way, they don't need my business.

  I ordered a couple of pies and received a notification that my order was ready, so I went into the store to pick it up. Upon entering, I was rudely ignored while the person at the register frantically tried to fill other to‑go orders. After about five minutes, I was finally acknowledged.When I gave my name, I was told, “The food isn’t ready. Y’all ordered it well done.” When I pointed out that they shouldn’t send a “ready” alert if the order isn’t actually ready, the staff member simply ignored me and offered no apology or updated time estimate. My order was finally completed about 10 minutes later—time I could have waited comfortably in my car if anyone had communicated honestly.The food itself was nothing special and definitely not worth the poor customer service I experienced on Monday, February 23, at approximately 11 a.m. Because of this, my family will not be returning. Good luck with your order.
