- DDDayana5 days ago1.0This is for night shift: this is literally the worst McDonalds in all of Tampa. Customer service is terrible and it never gets any better even though they have hundreds of bad reviews all saying the same things. I never leave reviews that’s how bad this place is.

I went to the store and spoke with Nathaniel and he was beyond helpful; He apologized for the error and completely redid the order hot and fresh. I greatly appreciated the care he took and the speed of making this right. All customer service should be like him not because I got the whole order hot and fresh, but he just owned what happened and made it right. If he is not management, he very well should be. His kindness was more appreciated than his replacing the order. Thank you, Nathaniel!! Wish you the absolute best
