  I wouldn't go here to save my life the wait is to long the works n the management was not good at all no one asked me did I need help nobody never came to the front counter me n my family was waiting forever had to just walk out

  Bad vibe and understaffed. Franchise owner needs to care. You’re right outside MacDill AFB and the owner should care more about staffing and hiring more employees to service the military better

  This is the worst McDonalds in South Tampa. Everytime i have to pick up an oder there, its always a 20-30 minute wait. They designed the place so you can barely see the kitchen. What i can see is nobody doing anything while i wait. And god forbid anybody there makes eye contact with you or acknowledge your existence.

  Expect to wait 30 minutes for an hour for one cheeseburger. I come here at least once a week because it is the closest food to me, and without fail I will wait 30 minutes every single time, even though I put it in a mobile order which should be timed perfectly based on location. The workers are incredibly rude and will ignore the entire lobby of 15 people waiting to be helped/served. Military service members don’t get their discount because not a single worker will come up to take their order. It doesn’t matter if there are no customers, the service is extremely slow. Workers walking around drinking their own personal drinks, dilly dallying in & out of the bathrooms, never actually making orders. This location needs severe help. There is maybe one manager/worker out of the entire staff who can actually do their job. I will be driving the extra 10 minutes to the Manhattan location from now on. I’m not the type to leave reviews but this location needs corporate help or to be completely closed at this point. This has been a problem since they renovated this McDonald’s.

  I’ve been coming here for a while now, and every single time the experience has been great. The crew is always super polite, friendly, and welcoming—they genuinely make you feel appreciated as a customer. On top of that, they’re fast and efficient, and my order is always done right. It’s rare to find a place that’s both quick and consistent, but this team nails it every time. Definitely one of the best-run locations I’ve been to. Never disappointed
