  Marissa R. Listens to music and hums along while taking orders. Then when she doesn’t get your order right you have to pay extra to get the original meal you ordered. I honestly believe a swiffer wetjet can do a better job than the employees and managers on staff.

  Even if you order ahead in the app you still end up waiting ! Pull ahead and wait but they still don’t give you fully cooked/warm food it’s always cold , my chicken nuggets were actually cold AND hard! Gross. Fries soggy and cold And god forbid you want any of the special edition meals or items you might get lucky and get one item out of the entire meal but the rest nope they won’t communicate that either just shove it the bag and run off you’ll be left sitting for an additional 20 minutes and only when you demand to get your money back do they attempt to make the food they asked you to pull forward for… You can literally spell it out and give them advance notice of your order and it won’t be on time or correct!!! Multiple chances to get it right and never once has!!! So sad. Don’t waste your time or your money with this location !! You will leave disappointed and fighting off food poisoning this is definitely a just don’t!!!

  That new Arch burger is not worth the $9.02,yes it's beefy..but never hot enough,the sauce doesn't compliment the flavor profile and is too sweet, couldn't barely taste the fried onions,needs pepper or something peppery to bring out the beef flavor, needs tomatoes..and the pickles overwhelmed the beef flavor . Just tried one yesterday, the daily double burger is much better tasting and way more affordable

  Everyone i come here I have a bad experience today I ordered through the drive thru. Asked for my burger to have no pickles or onions yet it had both. My medium fry was a small fry if that with my fries thrown all in the bottom of the bag from being thrown in upside down. Asked for sauces no sauces were given. My coke was flat as can be. Guess I won't be going to this McDonald's again.

  Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location on Fowler Ave near Fletcher in Temple Terrace. This is already the second time I have experienced rude behavior from the employee handing out food at the drive-thru window. On Friday, March 6, between 7:45 AM and 7:53 AM, the employee was arguing with coworkers and clearly upset about internal staff problems. Instead of acting professionally, she directed her frustration toward customers and aggressively handed out the food, almost throwing the bag. Customers should not have to tolerate disrespectful treatment because of internal employee conflicts. I am paying for food and service, not to be treated rudely. This is unacceptable for a brand like McDonald’s. Management should review the drive-thru cameras from that time and see how customers are being treated. Because this behavior is constant, I no longer feel comfortable going to this location. FA.
