  Todo bien pero el baños de caballeros , un desastre , por poco vomito, lo que me comí y , acababa de salir del hospital, pensé , que tendría que volver , pero se que con los debidos arreglos pueden mejorar..

  I'm making this review for anybody that hasn't been to this resturant location., because if you've been there, you know what I'm talking about. I don't expext anyone from the McDonalds Corp to act on it. They never do, all they do is refer you to their "customer care team". What a joke they are; they need to rename themselves the "Customer We Don't care Team", because they never act on any complaint, ever! The workers at this resturant do not know how to make change. They can't count correctly, or figure basic 3rd grade mathematics and they argue with you despite their galactic ignorance. They refer to their computor system for figuring, which apparently has a software calculation problem, or the workers cant read numbers either. They seem to have no pennies and as a result, they give you change in their favor, rather than rounding it out to the nearest nickle. This is a very, very poorly managed resturant. If you decide to go, count your change before you drive off.

  We took our daughter here the other night for dinner and she wanted to sit in parking lot after we got our food to look at the sulphur springs tower. We parked and my husband went to drive thru window for sauce bc they forgot to put in bag. The employees started berating my husband (after they told him to wait while they got the sauce) and screaming profanities at him while mocking him. Mind you, our 10 year old daughter is sitting right there listening and watching all of this. They asked my husband if he needed a cigarette then they asked him if he wanted a pill, and it just kept escalating to the point where I had to make my kid get in the truck so we could remove her from a bad volatile situation. I've never experienced something so awful at ANY restaurant before! I will NEVER go here again. I probably won't ever go to another McDonald's after this incident. They should all be fired immediately and this location should be permanently shut down 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
