  Went there this morning for simple coffee. Pulled up and was handed coffee with lid not securely on. Steaming hot coffee spilled all on me burning my hand. Also spilled all over my car. The gentleman never apologized nor did his supervisor who was standing right there to see it all. They did make another one. But They acted like they had attitudes and my fault lid was not securely on. Poor customer service

  Nasty establishment that hands orders to the wrong customer, walks off leaving said order with wrong customer alone with, then upon being made aware of mistake takes the order back then hands it out to the correct customer without any sort of decontamination.

  I just attempted to go to this McDonald's. It was 4:40 in the morning. I work overnights and decided I want it something other than the local Wawas. So I decide to go to McDonald's it's 24 hours and I don't go very often. I went to the drive-thru sat in the speaker for 2 minutes and got no response went up to the windows still no response. Three cars in the parking lot and I did see at least one employee on the inside. They saw me and they went back to doing whatever they were doing. I figured hey maybe the drive-through is down so I went through the second drive-thru just to be safe. This is after the manager saw me (I think they were a manager they had a red shirt) still no response. No communication that their system was down. No acknowledgment that they'll be right with me. Just complete radio silence. Once again I decide to go to McDonald's only for them to show me once again why they should never get my money ever again. I will not be making that mistake again. Your employees can't do the damn job and you don't pay them enough to care to do the job. Thanks for wasting the little bit of time I had to try to grab something to eat before I pulled extra hours.

  Every time I come to this McDonald’s—whether it’s for work (picking up orders), personal purchases, or waiting during my shift—the service is consistently disappointing. The staff, especially some of the female employees, are often standing around talking among themselves instead of attending to customers. Meanwhile, customers are left waiting at the counter with no acknowledgment. On top of that, there is ALWAYS an issue with the shakes. They say the shakes are available, you place and pay for your order, and then suddenly you’re told they’re not available anymore. This happens repeatedly and shows a complete lack of organization and respect for customers’ time and money. The customer service here is unprofessional and careless. Management seriously needs to step in and address both the staff behavior and the constant issues with unavailable items. Very poor experience overall.

  I placed an order on my phone, when I got there I’m not sure if the person understood the code I gave them, when I got home the wrong meal they gave me. You would think as long as McDonald has been in business they could get orders right, and the servers are very unprofessional, noting like the service you get when you go to Chick-fil-A. So I kept the meal and ate what they gave me even though it was. The wrong size also.
