This McDonalds is close to other places we frequent, so we go through here fairly often. The majority of the time they get our order wrong and it's so frustrating. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. We ordered a 6 piece nuggets and a small fry with sweet and sour sauce, which is what we were charged for. We received 4 pieces and no sauce. Literally our entire order was 6 nuggets a fry and a sauce and they couldn't get that correct. Our mistake was not double checking before we left but we didn't expect an issue on such a small order. 0/10 do not recommend.

Walked in to eat. Was speaking with my husband asked what he would like to order and kind of rudely a worker said i have 2 orders ahead of you. Did not say good morning. It may be one sec im working on 2 orders. We would have understood. So i was looking at the ordering board waiting. Another person walked in and she took their order right away literally 10 seconds after she told us there were 2 orders ahead. Very unprofessional.
Very pleased the y made the special orders correctly though. I give them that.

This location is a mess! The other day I placed a mobile order and when I arrived to the store, it was "closed" due to sanitation issues. I tried to talk to them at the drive-thru about getting my order cancelled and they "couldn't" do it and told me to cancel through the app. You cannot cancel in the app!!! They still processed my order and now I have been fighting McDonalds customer service for almost 2 weeks to get a refund for food that I didn't receive!!! They keep telling me that I got my food because the store marked it as completed. Such a scam!

idk how to spell her name but the manager talisa or talysa, whoever is working the night of march 4th, needs some sort of corrective action. we're ending our out-of-town event in the area and stopping to get food, and we pull up to the speaker and start ordering and the first thing she says is "oh my god" in a really pissed off tone. she rushed us through our whole order and it wasnt even her who rectified the experience. zachary harper was wonderful. he listened to our commentary, validated us and did not rush us through what we wanted to say about our ordering experience. he was an absolute sweetheart who checked our order not twice, but three times to make sure it was correct. zachary was the only saving point of the entire experience, and as someone who has to drive another 4 hours home after eating, talysa's attitude just makes that more difficult to deal with at midnight. however zacharys understanding of customer service made it easier to move past. thank you zachary.
