  Run down place, customer service is non existent, very rude staff with snippy attitudes. Food was cold, buns were stale. McFlurry was wrong one.

  Online it was they are open 24 hours but employees close down the store for menu change without notice. Paid for my order on the app and couldn’t get my food. Sat at the drive thru with no help for over 30 minutes. Tried calling the store and the phone doesn’t even ring. I’m pretty sure the store is not supposed to close during menu change.

  Horrible customer service, need attitude check always in a bad mood! Do not recommend this location! I ordered 2 spicy mcchickens and fries, they only gave me 1 mcchicken and the fries were way too brown, oily and dry to swallow, when I asked for my second mcchicken the staff gave me such fuss and bad attitude (i didnt even get my second one because i couldn't pay with cash?) and when I asked for a change of fries she said "they are fresh" and she threw the "fresh" fries into the bag making the fries go everywhere inside. If that's fresh fries they need fresh oil because they taste like they been out for a while. If I could give the staff and the food they make a -1000 I would

  Used the app to order my food, went inside to pick up the order went to use the bathroom and that was a mistake. Thankfully I had hang sanitizer.

  The drive thru is really your only option to order besides the kiosk don't care for the non personal side of this course I don't expect much out of McDonald's but for the prices they charge for fast food we all should.
