Horrible service. They want to get paid more than minimum wage yet. They can’t even put fries into a bag. Whoever is managing this location should be let go

An average McDonald's with quick service and decent food. The app and the deals were working accurately, and the staff was accommodating. My only critique is that my McCrispy patty was small and relatively uncrispy, compared to what I usually receive in the north. Similarly the McCrisps were overcooked and not as good. Besides that, the fries were nice and the setup of the location was modern, particularly the clean restroom. Overall, a nice experience, but wouldn't order any sort of chicken here.

We shopped at 1pm and ordered two of the new Big Arch meals. The food was fresh off the grill and fries out of the deep fryer. Soda was calibrated correctly. This store exceeded all expectations compared to other stores. Well done lunch team.

This location is TERRIBLE. They will close when they are supposed to be open and will have you waiting an hour on food that could have been handed out sooner. Absolutely terrible location.

The manager had a terrible attitude every time I go there always making side comments making guests feel uncomfortable and just plain rude. Just because you run the place doesn’t mean you should be that nasty to people. The corporate offices should do an investigation on this woman, she should not be a manager/store manager with her attitude she acts like she wants to fight anyone and everyone just so negative. I know I put it in wrong I admitted it but that’s not how I wanted it because I put it into the app incorrectly, it happens, don’t have to be rude about it I even apologized for it and tried to tell her before the kitchen started making the order but she just wants to argue ‘thats how you put it in the app that’s how you want’ lady don’t you hear me telling you ‘I accidentally put it in wrong’ I even said just use that same sandwich and put everything on it, I accidentally pressed the plain button as I was scrolling. I admitted it was my fault, she snapped anyways telling me it was me yes I said that it was me come on what are we arguing about. And to have your employees to step in and de escalate the situation that the manager is creating is not right. Please someone help this lady and bless her heart. I always see someone else getting her rudeness this time it was me. The next time I see her I will be sure to get her name and put it up here so everyone knows to avoid her attitude. She was yelling from inside ‘you put it plain’ as the employee handed me the correct sandwich. Oh I pray she can find kindness and happiness one day all that was completely unnecessary from a manager. If you can’t keep composure you shouldn’t be working as a service worker.
