I needed help with the board I was placing an order on and I pressed the help button and it stayed lit up for over 20 minutes with no help. Finally figured out how to Select pay at counter, but my boyfriend stands In front of the counter with a worker standing at it for over 15 minutes and not one person acknowledges him. Over 20 minutes later, I am completely fed up because we ordered two items an ice cream and an apple pie. When I went to go, ask why we are waiting this long for these items the manager gets an attitude and says all I can close the lobby so none of you can come in. One of the other workers also came up to somebody at the register and screamed at them, not to rush her because she hates being rushed. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life and I promise I will never return
