  Absolutely horrible. Go through the drive thru on April 6th. They tell me to park because the “drinks decide to make themselves “. Whatever that means. I waited for 17 minutes for two drinks. I intentionally waited to see how long it would take them. The come to my car with this drink (pictured) This is suppose to be a Diet Coke. It was trash. Nothing but carbonated water and coloring. Tuesday morning the drink machine was down. I wish this was the first time this has happened but it happens at minimum once a month it seems. You email customer service and nothing is done. Still out $ from drinks.

  First time at this mcdonalds and I wish I didn't go. Flurry not mixed at all just a spoon of topping on it. Sauce packet was sliced across the whole lid and leaking. Another sauce missing that they apparently dont carry anymore but if you are charging for sauces at least ask if I would like a different one or give me an extra of one I already asked for. Card reader wasnt working and declined both cards which then worked at the register. I really should have checked the reviews.

  I placed my breakfast order before 10:30, well within the breakfast hours. When I arrived to pick it up, one of the drive-thru lanes wasn’t working, which already caused confusion and delay. When I tried to inform the staff about the issue, they were rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping. Instead of trying to accommodate or fix the situation, they acted dismissive and put off, which made the experience even more frustrating. Poor customer service like this really leaves a bad impression.

  Horrible service ask to put each meal and seperate bags was told that they can't do that. Meanwhile I have done it in others McDonald's.Always ask the same thing with the meals and they do it. Didn't get any sauce for all the chicken nuggets meals Fries were very cold ,burgers were put together like it was for a dog...

  I came here on a Saturday late afternoon after driving back from Bradenton. My kids wanted to goto MCD and specifically this one because of the playground. I ordered two happy meals and a med fry. I waited over 25 minutes for my food. Other customers who came after me received their food before we did. They even had happy meals. Their orders were wrong and my happy meals went to others. I brought it to the staff's attention and they were very lackadaiscal at fixing the issue. I was told they were waiting on fries. Every happy meal order before ours had fries. We were then presented with am order of three happy meals. This again was not ours. When we finally received our meal, it was incorrect. We asked for a cheeseburger with only ketchup. We were presented a hamburger with nothing on it and it belonged to another customer who had asked for it who had their hamburger order messed up 3 times. I brought it to the managers attention and she did nothing. The customer service is lacking to say the least.
