  Slow workers , they are constantly on the phone. Talking loud and vulgar. They walk past the register and act like they don’t see it. Totally ignoring all customers. Apparently Keisha’s kids and family are more important than customers waiting for orders. Horrible service and employees

  Stopped by this McDonald’s and honestly, it was pretty underwhelming. The food was just okay—nothing special—and definitely not worth the price. My order wasn’t quite right, and it took longer than expected even though it didn’t seem that busy. The place could’ve been cleaner, and the overall experience just felt a bit careless. I get that it’s fast food, but you still expect a certain level of consistency. Probably wouldn’t go out of my way to come back to this location.

  Worst McDonald's in whole tampa area. Every day my order is wrong somehow, missing hashbrowns, regular soda when i specifically order diet since im diabetic and they ALWAY UPCHARGE TO LARGE WITHOUT ASKING AND ADD $2! Slow AS HELL i cant understandwhy it takes so long to just to get an order WRONG!!!!! Kinda rude, want you to rush so you don't check your order while your looking at them and they can be accountable. Andmost drive through employees are hard to understand slurping their words or speaking so fast it sounds like one long word, cutting you off when your not done ordering so they can hurry up and get it wrong. When you come back through or go inside after you see the missed something like a hashbrown, or gave sausage instead of bacon like you ordered, they act like your trying to get over on them or steal out of their pocket! Just got renovated but still a Garbage McDonald's.

  I ordered a medium fry. Asked for them to be fresh meaning hot. Here's what I got. I didn't eat any that's how i pulled them out of the bag. They were $4! Somebody please help fast food restaurants. I miss the 80s and 90s fast food service.
