  Waited 10 minutes at the second window, they gave me the right drinks but somehow gave me the complete wrong order. Didn’t realize till I got home and now Im stuck with not only food I don’t want, but much less than I had paid for.

  i waited over 15 minutes for a mobile order and then when i received my order it was wrong, and they gave me a hard time about remaking it even though i gave back the burger was incorrect, and plus the food was nasty worst mcdonald’s ever.

  If I could put negative stars on this McDonalds, I would. This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had. First, the lady didn’t accept my code and tried charging me double, then gave me an attitude for calling her out on her mistake. Is that good customer service? No, but I guess you could say that’s normal McDonald’s employee behavior. Anyways, then I waited out front of the store for the order of A SINGLE, PLAIN quarter pounder and Diet Coke for legitimately 29 minutes. Around minute 20 of those 29 minutes, the manager came out and asked if it was only cheese or ketchup I wanted. I advised that it was only cheese, hoping that they wouldn’t mess up the experience any further. Before heading back inside, the manager assured me that they’d be giving a free cookie and apple pie for the wait. Fast forward nearly another 10 minutes, the same manager came out with the quarter pounder, with no Diet Coke, and no cookie or apple pie. Finally, he got some pep in his step and came out about 30 seconds later with the Diet Coke (no cookie or apple pie).I abruptly grabbed the Diet Coke (size smaller than ordered) and left in frustration before I said or did something I would regret. Hoping they couldn’t do anything else wrong, I got home in hopes that I could enjoy my late night snack, where I found my burger filled with everything that I specifically asked not to have on my burger, on my burger, WITH A HAIR. They are lucky I am nice and tired, or else I would go back there a cause a scene A TAMPA McDonald’s has never seen before (that says a lot). I want to say bad things, but I will stay quiet strictly for good karma. Anyways, don’t give in to your munchies and go to this store, it’ll just mess up your day more than you can ever imagine. Trash establishment. Goodnight.
