  Always a horrible experience people are rude. They always get your order wrong. 10 people got their order before me in the drive-through as they may be waiting some stupid spot. They might get the order right if they spent mort time looking at the order instead of their phones.

  Ordered off the display touch board. Could not order chocolate milk for happy meal. When I asked to change from white milk to chocolate, the counter lady pointed to my order slip and rudley said "you ordered white milk". I informed her that there is no chocolate milk option. She seamed surprised. All of the order numbers were on the counter near the registers so I could not place the number in the order display, received a error message. I put a random number in it to get it to work. Food took a little longer to cook and fry's were cold. Not very crowded. Ice machine had issues.

  Nic was on it. He took our order and even though we were all over the place with our order, he was calm and collected and followed through with clarity and kindness. Top quality service.

  This is the third time in a row I've gotten terrible service from this McDonald's. I'm trying to say what I'm ordering and I was really interrupted. I gave them an opportunity to redeem themselves by saying excuse me, and I was only interrupted again. I realize some may think that there's no expectancy for good service at a fast food restaurant, but those people would be wrong. People work hard for their money and they expect just a basic human decency
