  This establishment offers a modernized yet classic diner ambiance, featuring an extensive breakfast selection, generous portion sizes, and exceptional cuisine. I was welcomed by Hope, who provided exceptional service and expertly guided me to select the Meatlovers skillet. This dish, featuring a generous portion of ham, bacon, and sausage, significantly exceeded my expectations! 👌🏻 I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Gus at his sister establishment, Foodys, which is another exceptional, albeit discreet, culinary gem in Town & Country. Both Gus and his team consistently excel at creating a welcoming atmosphere and offering delightful selections across both restaurant locations. Being from Buffalo 🔵⚪️🔴 I know GOOD FOOD! 💯 & Mamas Kitchen & Foodys are an asset to the Tampa food scene. Keep up the great work Gus! Go Bills / Go Sabres

  Our family of five vacationed in the area and went here all three days! We tried various things (mainly breakfast foods) and LOVED every bite. The service was friendly and helpful. Hope you enjoy as much as we did!

  I can’t think of anything that would make this a better place for breakfast. Whomever is making those omelets and hash browns deserves a medal. Always a pleasure .

  If it's breakfast in Tampa look no further (I promise I'm not a constant reviews giver) the atmosphere is amazing and my waiter Jaelyn made super my experience was Top Tier , to the chef's you guys are doing your thing and we the people of Tampa appreciate it , it shows you care for our food 👊🏽😎

  Fork It or Forget It — Fork It Mama’s Kitchen has been one of our longtime breakfast go-tos in Tampa, even though we don't breakfast as often as we used to. We got there right at opening (7:00 a.m.) on a Sunday, when it was still nice and quiet, though the dining room was definitely starting to fill up by the time we wrapped up. I went with the veggie omelet made with egg whites and a side of home fries. Both were solid, even if not exactly game changers. The home fries stood out mostly because they eat more like skillet-fried mashed potatoes than classic diner potatoes. She had the usual - Nick’s breakfast sammie with egg whites and hash browns - and is a super-solid choice. $28 for two breakfasts and 1 coffee before tip. For years its been a clean, reliable, easy breakfast spot that delivers a strong meal and offers a nice change of pace when you’ve been stuck in the habit of going to the same place over and over. Pro Tip: This may be a diner at heart, but it’s impressively neat and clean. Go right at opening if you want the quietest breakfast experience.
