  It was my daughter and my first time experiencing this restaurant ever. We decided to eat in the restaurant tonight. I made sure to ask the gentleman named Courtney if I could have my sandwich heated at least 3 or more times due to the fact that they we’re experiencing a busy night and I didn’t want a sandwich that wasn’t served warm. He insured me that it would be heated if I ordered a (Favorite) sandwich so I ordered the Italian combo. We were seated alone the side of the restaurant where the sandwiches were being made and given to the customers. The younger man handed my daughter the sandwich and the wrap. The sandwich was cold so I asked the man to heat it. I told him I ordered it toasted and he told me he couldn’t fix his mistake that I would have to deal with it or pay for another sandwich. My daughter then went to speak to the man named Courtney that we ordered the sandwich from and she told him that I asked him several times to make sure it was toasted. He told her he couldn’t help her unless she paid for another sandwich. He told her the kid made a mistake and I said well he should pay for the mistake not me because when you PAY for food you expect to receive exactly what you ordered. He said no sorry we’re not remaking your sandwich unless I paid for it again. He brought over a heated cookie instead. I didn’t want a cookie I wanted my sandwich corrected. I didn’t eat the sandwich and left the store. It was an extremely disappointing first visit and I don’t think we will be eating at any location of this restaurant ever again.

  Nice and quick sandwich shop. Had fountain drinks and a few spots for sitting. Staff was nice and friendly.
