  The staff was very friendly, and the food was very good! It was larger than the normal Jimmy John's and clean. Ashley was very helpful with my order and made a great sandwich. Definitely recommend!

  Currently in this location and I ordered an Italian favorite sandwich meal TOASTED. I received the sandwich cold and asked for them to please toast the sandwich as I ordered and was told NO that they can’t take the sandwich back and I am sitting in a seat In the restaurant. I asked the attendant named Courtney several times before ordering this sandwich if I could please get it toasted. I understand that this is a busy location but this is extremely bad for business. The young man handed me my sandwich and I told him immediately that it was cold. The man Courtney offered me a cookie to make up for the mistake. I don’t want the cookie I want my sandwich corrected.

  Ronnell and ashley helped us out and they were amazing. They were so nice and accommodating. I recommend this spot to anyone who comes to tampa.

  5 Stars for this AMAZING experience! I placed a catering order through EZcater, and due to a miscommunication on their end, my order was canceled. Alicia, the General Manager at this location, went above and beyond to help me out. She quickly put together sandwiches for 30 people in just minutes so I wouldn’t be late for my meeting. She truly saved the day and took so much stress off my plate. Alicia stayed calm, professional, and handled the situation with incredible problem-solving skills. Outstanding customer service! Thank you, Alicia! You have made me a loyal customer!
