Customer service was terrible! Never had that experience until today. Place was empty and just one person working. A young lady named Sonjah saw us walking in and left. She decided to finally show up after a couple of minutes and just stood at the register and ignored when my daughter said hello. She just stood there waiting for us to take the order like we were bothering her. I Never had an experience like this at Jimmy John’s. The way she prepared the food was like she didn’t even want us there…. Also, She didn’t give us a bag for the sandwiches. Customer service is important to run a business but I guess people just don’t care about that anymore. Very disappointed!!!

The two ladies that always work lunch on the weekends are wonderful and do great handling so many orders! So yummy

Received a weak-sauce giant #10. Practically no Mayo, 3 tomatoes the size of quarters, almost no lettuce, and no oil and vinegar AFAICT. At these prices its no wonder I haven't been back here in so long I can't even remember. She was freaky fast tho. 🤷

I just did an Uber Eats order of 5 sandwiches. Only 4 were in the bag. Three of them were the toasted chicken bacon ranch. One was plain just chicken and bacon and two were regular. They made two plain and didn't send the third. I have never had a problem before but I probably won't order again on Uber Eats.
