  I prefer sandwich shops where I can watch them make my sandwich. Everything was good except they put way too much mayonnaise on my sandwich.

  The cashier turned us away 20 minutes before close saying "online orders only". Black male cashier horrible attitude. Never coming back.

  As soon as I walk in boom what you want 10 seconds later im out the door. Insane. Sandwich was perfect and wrapped tight. Wow.10 stars

  Poor customer service!!!!! Came into store to place an order 3 and 1/2 hours before closing and person behind counter refused to take my order of one sandwich, stating he was only accepting on-line orders.

  Shawn at the Jimmy John’s in Fowler Plaza South in Tampa, FL is truly exceptional. I’ve seen him holding down the entire store by himself, working incredibly fast, yet he still takes the time to greet every customer with kindness and a great attitude. Even during a rush, he never lets the workload affect how he treats people. Our sandwiches are always delicious when he makes them, which shows how much care he puts into his work. What really stands out, though, is his patience. When my children order and sometimes need a moment to decide what they want, Shawn patiently waits and helps them without ever making us feel rushed. I have never once felt any impatience from him. Employees like Shawn make a huge difference in the customer experience. His work ethic, positivity, and kindness really deserve recognition. Jimmy John’s is lucky to have him!
