Open the door with a smile on my face and literally the staff looked at me like I just kicked a puppy on my way in. I walked to the counter and the woman who seemed to be handling pickups just glanced dismissively and turned around AS I STARTED TALKING TO HER. All I said was “howyadoingotapickupforWife”. Another woman who doesn’t even acknowledge my statement, grabs a bag from the shelf, and hands it to me without a word. It was incredibly off-putting that not a single team member could even muster a single word during the entire exchange. They were practically begging for a robot to take their job. Owner- I met you a year ago. I know you care deeply your business. Your Tuesday afternoon team was absolutely atrocious.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
