Walked in and had 2 customers ahead of me at different spots at the counter, I dont visit often so I wasnt sure where to stand. One ended up being doordash, so I moved behind the other person.. Who also turned out to be door dash .. . Being the last person at the counter, i figured regardless of where i stood now, i would be next. So I waited to be helped... then another customer walked in , went straight up to the counter and was assisted immediately. I was completely ignored by all staff, doesnt help my voice is gone from being sick. Customer service has really tanked.

I waited for 1.5 hours only for someone to FINALLY acknowledge and ask what my order number was and told me they never received the order but I have an emailed confirmation with order details. I asked for a refund and they couldn't even get that to work. This location needs better/more employees who dont avoid eye contact or ignore that customers are waiting that friggin long for an order that was probably going to be incorrect anyway, based on what I saw in the kitchen. 7 employees working but only 2 that acknowledged me in 1.5 hours. Please, please , please avoid this location and the 56th street location at all costs if you halfway like this company's product. I guess I'll give my business to Buffalo Wild Wings. I am DONE with wingstop! I want my money back ASAP

I went in to ask for my refund and the little girl at the front had the nerves to catch an attitude, so another lady helped me and she was nice. I will never return, do not eat here if you value your health.

Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
