When I called to explain we just wanted a refund for the portion that was not in our order the gentleman who claimed he was the manager stated he can’t give me a full refund. I explained to him I did not want a full refund, I just wanted a refund for the portion of the wings that we did not receive. In response to that he said we should’ve counted the wings before leaving. No other Wingstop has ever acted that way or suggested that we have to open multiple boxes on the counter to count wings.

I called and she offered a refund for the bad order. I spoke to the manager a couple of days later who also said she will issue a refund. Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees.
