- AUA Google UserDec 30, 20251.0Una estrella si es que le puede dar na estrella porque si es por mi no estrella les doy, la Manager del turno del 29 de diciembre una java gringa es una despota, fui a recoger una orden que pedí por teléfono y cuando llegue la hicieron mal, tuve que mandar a arreglarla, luego en la molotera de personas y el mal trabajo que hacen y su locura me dieron la orden y tuve que regresarla una segunda vez. Ya cansado de esperar como 1 hora me dan la orden y la reviso pero no el último envase y cuando llego a la casa no era lo que yo había pedido. Resulta que cuando regreso a la tienda que no me podían preparar lo que faltaba porq habían cerrado que el dinero en 10 días de vuelta a la tarjeta y muy mal carácter es el peor winstop que he visto sus servicios en el área de todo Tampa. Realmente una falta de profesionalidad los trabajadores hacen lo que quieren no hacen bien tu trabajo. Páramo deberían de cambiarlos a todos y poner personas más profesionales a trabajar ahí una basura de lugar

- JJJacquelineNov 29, 20251.0Do not eat at the Wingstop. Ordered from here for pick up, and we were missing half of the wings we ordered. When I called to explain we just wanted a refund for the portion that was not in our order the gentleman who claimed he was the manager stated he can’t give me a full refund. I explained to him I did not want a full refund, I just wanted a refund for the portion of the wings that we did not receive. In response to that he said we should’ve counted the wings before leaving. No other Wingstop has ever acted that way or suggested that we have to open multiple boxes on the counter to count wings.
