  Ordene un combo de anburgesa icuando me lo estaba comiendo olía como podrido icuando le reclamo ala carera medijo que eya no podía aser nada le dige qué no estuvieran bendiendo comida aruinada qué alguien podía terminar en el ospital con el estómago danado

  Kiosk does not have what we want on the menu on the kiosk. We tried to come up to the cash register and get our food. The lady told us to go back to the kiosk. The kiosk does not have what we want on there. She is still trying to argue with us about the menu. The manager here at this location needs to be fired. She is very rude

  Man they never open their on time or when they do they say they only taking online orders. The service sucks, they can’t hear. They run out of coke all the time. Food never made right. I always forget how bad it is until I go again. It’s only a block away from me.

  I tried to place an order in the drive thru when I noticed that my receipt didn’t match what I ordered. So I went inside to fix the issue, but the manager told me that they would not fix it NOR refund me. I left went to a different store order what was supposed to be on the order and I was right. I went back and explained again what happened and she still wouldn’t refund me. Mind you I never took the food because the order was incorrect. She was extremely rude and nasty. She yelled several times and I wasn’t rude nor do I yell at her. This whole situation was extremely stressful and all could have been avoided by fixing the receipt the first time.

  Manager Mia and team were friendly and provided excellent customer service! Food was hot and fresh.
