  I passed by today to dine in and I had a great experience interacting with all of the staff. They helped me sign up in the Wendy’s app because in the past I hadn’t so now I can save/earn rewards points each time I order food there..i will return in the future so that I can eat more great food and just listen to some nice background music so I can celebrate all of the people and moments I am grateful for in my life. My upcoming birthday/my new apartment etc.. Thank you for resolving my previous DoorDash order fiasco because it wasn’t your company or my’s error, but the DoorDash driver just accidentally forgot my small soda there but I feel grateful for and satisfied with the resolution that was provided to me today. Thank you so much everyone. ❤️

  I just had moved to this part of South Tampa, one week earlier I walked by a Wendy’s. I didn’t think I was hungry, ut Wendy’ is my favorite fast food arestaurant. (TY Dave Thomas! 👏 ) A Nicole was more than glad to assist me. You “see,” I am Legall y Blind 🧑‍🦯(pun intended 🤣). Nicole was nothing short of outstanding! Since it was slow, she bought offered, and I accepted her, bringing my food to the table. You don’t see that every day at fast food, restaurants, little or no customer service. Jo followed up with me to see if there was anything else I needed, which I did. I know fast food restaurants get a lot of flack from customers and I’ve never written a review before. I felt compelledC to do so because of her outstanding service. Mr. Thomas would be proud! She clearly gets my vote for Employee of the Month. 👏 I just that people actually read these reviews or my braille message is wasted. Needless to say, I found my new restaurant here in South Tampa. 😁😁😁

  I walked in to order the food. The manager just looked at me and continued slowly working. There’s only like three workers. There’s nothing to do. No one greeted the customers when they came in really not friendly service. The dining room is disgusting everyone’s moving like snail with attitudes. I definitely won’t be coming back Spanish father and daughter tried to order in the man or got irritated because he really couldn’t understand their English. Just not a friendly place. The manager is rude. Everyone is rude.

  Currently the best value for a family meal that I know. The food is always tasty and the price of biggie bags cannot be beaten! We got over 5 drinks and five meals for under $30.
