Don't know the crew who was working today in the afternoon but this visit was especially satisfying. The jrbacon cheese burger was made beautifully, like it came out the commercial. The fries were a good condition with Lil extra salt but not too much. Last visit was also good

I went out on a cold night expecting a simple comfort—hot, fresh food—and unfortunately the food I received was just as cold as the weather outside. It wasn’t anger I felt, just real disappointment.
This experience was at Wendy’s – Gunn Hwy. I also waited nearly 22 minutes for my order, which made receiving cold food especially discouraging.
Wendy’s has always been a brand I associate with care, consistency, and pride in what’s served. That’s why this stood out. Someone worked to make that food, and someone approved it to be handed to a customer, yet it missed the basic standard it should always meet.
I’m not writing this to demand anything. I’m sharing it because moments like this matter. When customers leave their homes late at night or in cold weather—and wait patiently—they’re trusting that the experience will be worth it. This one wasn’t.
I hope this feedback reaches leadership—not to place blame, but to remind everyone involved that small moments of quality and attention still mean a lot to the people on the other side of the counter.

Hadn't been to a Wendy's in a while but it was cool out and I was craving chili. It was just as good as ever. Served piping hot too with plenty of crackers. Good burgers and fries as well. 👍🏻
